2. Counter-Notification Procedure

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original claimant initiates legal action within 10 business days.
